The easiest beach access in Gulf Shores! Skip the luggage carts and the long waits for a crowded lift. Unit 114 is a spacious, ground-floor 3-bedroom retreat at Grand Beach Resort, designed for families who want to spend less time in hallways and more time on the sand.

The Location
We are located directly across the street from the beach. Because we are a ground-floor unit, you have the luxury of no elevators necessary. Just walk out your front door, take a short stroll across the street, and your toes are in the emerald waters of the Gulf.

The Sleeping Arrangements
Our three bedrooms are designed for quiet comfort, featuring soft carpeting and a layout that works for the whole family:

Primary Bedroom: Features a spacious King bed for a restful night's sleep.

Guest Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable Queen bed.

Guest Bedroom 2: Perfect for the kids or friends, featuring two Twin beds.

The Space
Coastal Nostalgia: Our living area is a throwback to classic beach style, featuring a comfortable wicker furniture suite and bright floral prints. It’s a breezy, unpretentious space that feels like a true vacation home.

Easy Living: From unloading groceries to heading to the resort pool and hot tub, everything is easier when you’re on the ground floor. No stairs, no elevators—just relaxation.

House Rules
We take pride in offering a peaceful, clean environment for our guests. To maintain this, we strictly enforce the following:

No Parties or Events: We are a family-friendly destination and do not allow large gatherings or parties.

No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free unit.

No Pets: To ensure the comfort of guests with allergies, we maintain a pet-free property

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
