Please note that this property is accessible by stairs only, as there is no elevator on-site.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen beds + sleeper sofa, ensuring everyone gets a great night's sleep. The unique layout features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area on the first level, with a spacious, sun-drenched living room upstairs. Enjoy two private balconies—perfect for catching the morning breeze or relaxing with a drink after a day in the sun.

Covered Parking: Designated parking directly under the unit keeps your car cool and makes loading gear a breeze.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. (no boats, RVs, or trailers permitted).
Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site for the duration. Strictly no pets, no smoking in unit, or loud parties.
A signed rental agreement and a $300 security deposit (processed directly by the host) are required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
