๐ Rental Periods
- Minimum Stay: 2 nights (longer during peak season or for some properties).
 - Seasonal Restrictions: Online bookings < 7 nights may be limited.
 
๐ณ Payment Schedule
- At Booking: 50% of total reservation.
 - Balance Due: 30 days before arrival (auto-charged).
 - Flexible Payments: Allowed, as long as balance is paid by 30 days prior.
 - Card Changes: Must be requested for a payment link.
 
๐ฐ Deposits
- Security Deposit: Required and varies by property size.
 - Deductions: For damage, excessive cleaning, or wear.
 
โ Cancellations & Changes
- ≥ 30 Days Before Arrival: Full refund.
 - < 30 Days Before Arrival: No refund.
 
๐ก๏ธ Damage & Trip Insurance
- Limited Damage Insurance: Included, covers accidental damage reported before departure.
 - Trip Insurance: Offered via a partner, subject to policy terms.
 
๐โ๏ธ Early Departures
- No Refunds unless property is uninhabitable and no substitute is available.
 
๐๏ธ Furnishings & Equipment
- Furnishings: Vary by property; management not responsible for décor changes.
 - Equipment Failures: No rent reductions; reasonable repair efforts will be made.
 - Property Access: Allowed for inspection, repairs, showings—with prior notice.
 
๐งผ Housekeeping & Linens
- Included: Departure cleaning, bedding, towels (limited quantities).
 - No Mid-Stay Service or Exchanges.
 
๐งป Starter Supplies
- Includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, dish/laundry soap, travel-sized toiletries.
 
๐ซ Restrictions
- No Smoking, No Pets (unless in pet-friendly units or service animals).
 - No Drones.
 - Minimum Age to Rent: 25 (unless otherwise approved).
 - Occupancy Limits: Strictly enforced; overages result in eviction.
 - Eviction: Possible for rule violations or property damage.
 
๐ Parking
- Paid Parking: Required unless noted; use provided pass (paper or digital).
 - Responsibility: Guest must ensure pass is visible and valid.
 
๐ Loss, Theft & Liability
- Guest assumes all risk for damage, theft, and liability.
 - Report damage within 24 hours of arrival.
 
๐ Substitution & Sale
- Substitution: Management may offer a comparable property or refund if needed.
 - Showings: May occur during stay if property is for sale, with notice.

- Rates: Subject to change; include tax.
 - Check-out: 10:00 AM; late check-out may incur extra day charge.
 - Photos & Errors: Photos may be outdated; no refunds for décor changes or typos.
