To ensure a wonderful stay for all our guests and to comply with complex regulations, we kindly ask you to observe the following:
Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay.
No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free unit (including the balcony).
No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not permitted at this property.
No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Parking & Second Vehicles
Island Winds East HOA has a strict parking policy: one (1) parking pass per unit, regardless of condo size. This is especially enforced during peak times.
Need to bring a second car? We’ve got you covered! You are welcome to park your additional vehicle at our office, Coastal Realty Vacations, located nearby. This is a great alternative to avoid the hassle of public parking lots or the risk of towing.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
