Just ½ mile from the main public beach at Gulf Place, you're within walking distance of iconic spots like The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, shopping, dining, and festivals. Adjacent to Waterville USA for family fun, and right on the bayou leading to Lake Shelby, perfect for kayaking, fishing, or exploring Gulf State Park trails.

Times & Parking: Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10AM. Includes 1 covered parking space and one lot parking space. (no boats, RVs, or trailers permitted).
House Rules: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site for the duration. Strictly no pets, smoking (unit or balcony), or loud parties.
Guest required to sign a rental agreement. $300 refundable Security Deposit/Authorization is required and processed by host.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
